Dr. Éva Sáray graduated from the College of Public Administration as a Public
Administration Manager in 1990 and received a degree in Law from József Attila
University in 1999.
In 1994, she passed a Stock Exchange Qualification Examination; in 2004, she
made a degree in insurance. In 2005, she passed a qualifying examination in law;
in 2007, she acquired a qualification as a bank lawyer.
In 1982, she joined Budapest District 18 Council as a Legal Presenter for one
year; in 1987-1992, she was employed as an Economic Manager with the Cultural
Association of Gypsies in Hungary.
In 1993-1994, she worked as a Stock Exchange Investment Advisor for Hungarobróker
Rt.; the Head of the Securities Sales Division for Argenta Top Bróker Kft.; a
Senior Capital Market Trader for Globex Brókerház Rt. brokerage firm and a Member
of the Directorate of Pannónia Befektetési Alapkezelő Rt. (Pannónia Investment
Funds Co.).
In 1994-1997, she was Head of the Securities Department of Polgári Bank Rt. In
1997-1999, as the Managing Director for Magyar Értékpapír-forgalmazó és Befektetési
Rt. (Hungarian Securities Trade and Investment Co.) she was responsible, among
others, for the trade, port folio management and fund asset management of stock
exchange and non-stock exchange instruments and state securities. For one year
from 1999, she held the position of President-CEO of Konzumbróker Rt. securities
trade and investment company.
In 2000, she was appointed Managing Director of Supervision and Audit and, in
2002-2004, held the position of Vice President for Audit and Law Enforcement with
the Hungarian Financial Supervisory Authority.
In 2006-2007, she was legal advisor to the CEO of Generali-Providencia Insurance
Co. Ltd. and, in 2007-2010, held the position of legal advisor for Alaska Tanácsadó
Kft. counselling company.
