Warning in connection with companies whose activities designated as unauthorized by foreign supervisory authorities

The Hungarian Financial Supervisory Authority publishes warning notices naming the firms, which are registered and headquartered in Hungary but they are not offer services being under force of the Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market in Hungary.

As defined by foreign supervisory authorities these companies offer cross border investment and/or supplementary investment services for investors abroad. Their operations are illegal and unauthorized and have caused damage for foreign investors.

On the basis of the above the HFSA warns the participants of capital markets and the investors that the companies listed below are not supervised by the HFSA and their activities are not covered by the insurance provided by the investor Protection Fund. investors should therefore exercise extreme caution against these companies because the investors damaged in connection with the following companies are not entitled to compensation from the Fund.
