Until 5 February 2010, CEIOPS is publicly consulting its Draft Advice for Level 2 Implementing Measures on Solvency II: Technical criteria for assessing 3rd country equivalence in relation to reinsurance (art. 172) and group supervision (art. 227 and 260).

As part of the consultation process, CEIOPS will organize a meeting with stakeholders on Equivalence and 3^rd countries within Solvency II on January 7, 2010 from 13.00-17:00 CET at CEIOPS premises in Frankfurt.
